This is a Pampered Chef Recipe that I modified a bit. The original recipes calls for turkey, but I used canned chicken instead. You could also get a rotisserie chicken which would be just as good, but a little more work. For this particular time making it, I omitted the celery and green onion and used a regular white onion instead. I also forgot the cheese :) but I realized that I didn't notice a difference, and it's probably a bit healthier, so I doubt if I'll use it again in the future. The hardest part about this is making sure the "wreath" is assembled correctly. It makes sooo much, though, so I think next time I might just use 1 can of crescent rolls and make a loaf-shape instead.
