Holy crap! She's WALKING!!!! :)

She's been working up to it...a couple of steps here and there...LOTS of pushing the clothes basket around. Even at daycare..the past couple of days she's taken 5-6 steps, but I wasn't exactly expecting it to happen like this! I'm sitting at the kitchen table, messing around on the computer, and Joacim's making dinner (I know...nice gig when you can get it, right?:) Anyway, I look out of the corner of my eye, and she's standing up and taking a couple of steps, and I'm thinking "hmmm...this could be it...". And then she takes a couple more. At this point I'm RUNNING for the video camera, and here's what I got:

We got her a ball pit and we set it up in the living room....call it an early birthday present. She's not quite sure what to do with it. I kinda think she's got it backwards...her game is to throw all the balls our as I run around and pick them up...


We went out to eat the other night after the zoo, and she was pretty good until the end. We've figured out that her screaming (not crying, mind you, just shrieking) means she's tired. Joacim can usually make a game out of anything, and he did not fail this time either!


She's getting VERY close to walking, so she spends a lot of time pushing the clothes basket around the house.


So, we've not been sleeping very well lately (well, actually since we went on vacation at the beginning of April)....and here's why:
